As professional recruiters, we have learned over the years there one question we can ask of almost any job candidate prospect to determine their level of willingness to cooperate with the hiring process, and their ability to adapt their preconceptions of the hiring process to the practical aspects of a professional job search. Everyone answers that one question pretty much the same.

It is very common for companies to ask candidates to finish a psychometric test. This might be a battery of tests that encompass, verbal reasoning, numeracy, problem solving, which can be legitimately called tests. Unusually however you cannot fail or pass a personality test.
